Ingredients:

Poke root (for uncrossing and banishing)
Black salt (to absorb negativity)
Hyssop (for spiritual cleansing)
Devil’s Shoe String* (to block further harm)
Cayenne pepper (to repel evil)
A small mirror or reflective glitter (to reflect negativity)
Red or Black spell bag.
Substitutions:

* If you do not have Devil’s Shoe String, substitute one of the following it its place: Black Snake Root (Black Cohosh): Protection and breaking hexes. Angelica Root: Wards off evil and protects from harm. Licorice Root: Adds control and dominance over harmful forces.

Instructions:

Hold each ingredient and consider its purpose and intent in your charm, imbuing it with energy and purpose. Add it to the spell bag once it is charged in this way and continue with the next ingredient.
Tie the bag closed with a red string, knotting it three times. Each time you tie a knot, recite your intention or use these words of power:
Hex undone, return to dust,
By root and salt, dissolve you must.
