Missing or stolen packages are not eligible for replacement or refund. Sometimes, the postal service may scan a package as delivered prematurely. If this happens, I recommend waiting a few days before considering whether it was lost or
stolen. Additionally, we do purchase most of our shipping labels with U.S.P.S. And your package is insured up to $100.00 but it has to be reported to U.S.P.S and
the proper forms filled out.
